  • Our rentals and balloon decor are perfect for ALL events. Whether you're hosting a birthday party in your living room, backyard, or a large event at a venue, Luxe Play LLC can accommodate your needs.

  • We recommend booking your soft play equipment as early as possible to secure your preferred date and setup. Popular dates can fill up quickly, so booking in advance ensures availability.

  • Yes, Luxe Play LLC is fully licensed and insured. We prioritize safety and ensure all our equipment meets the highest safety standards, giving you peace of mind during your event.

  • We proudly serve beautiful North Idaho to the Eastern Washington region, including Post Falls, Hayden, Coeur d'Alene, Spokane Valley, and the surrounding areas. If you're unsure if we can deliver to your location, please contact us for more information. Delivery fees may apply

  • Absolutely! We offer customizable vinyl for our setups to match your event's theme or color preferences. Let us know your vision during the booking process, and we'll do our best to make it a reality.

  • We understand that weather can be unpredictable.

    ***Please note that we prioritize safety, and in cases where rain or excessive wind (+15mph) is forecasted for the day, we will not set up the equipment outdoors. Also, in instances of excessive heat (+90 degrees) shade is required for setups. It’s HIGHLY recommended to have an indoor backup option ready in case of weather changes to ensure a smooth and enjoyable event.***

    Indoor event spaces are HIGHLY encouraged and preferred*

    If you've booked an outdoor event and the weather turns unfavorable, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with you to find a suitable solution, such as rescheduling or moving the setup indoors, if available.

  • We provide convenient delivery and setup services to ensure your event runs smoothly. Our experienced team will handle the installation AND removal, so you can focus on enjoying your event.

    *No self-pickup is allowed for insurance reasons.

  • ONLY when the contract is signed AND the deposit is paid.

  • #1 Adult Supervision REQUIRED at all times while children are playing

    Please NO…

    -Food or drinks, including water

    -No Shoes (including adults)

    -Confetti, Facepaint, etc in the play areas/bounce houses

    -Roughhousing, throwing of equipment, or diving in ball pits

    -Pulling on walls, climbing walls etc in bounce houses

    We want our clients to have an amazing time while being safe to avoid potential accidents and damage to our rentals.

  • Soft play is a fun and interactive play activity designed for young children. It involves playing with soft, cushioned equipment like foam climbers, ball pits, and play mats. Soft play promotes physical, cognitive, and social development in kids by enhancing their motor skills, creativity, and social interaction.

  • Booking with Luxe Play LLC is easy!

    1) Visit our “Services” page on the website & explore our range of soft play setups

    2) Choose the option that suits your event, submit the Inquiry Form with your detailed event information, receive confirmation of the party date via email along with the contract to complete, and pay the $100 initial non-refundable deposit to hold your date.

    3) Done! You’re on the books. We'll take care of the rest!

  • Absolutely! We offer customizable soft play setups to match your event's theme or color preferences. Let us know your vision during the booking process, and we'll do our best to make it a reality.

  • Our soft play setups are designed primarily for children aged 5 and under. We always prioritize safety, so please follow our guidelines for safe play.

  • Our standard soft play setups typically include foam climbers, tunnels, ball pits, safety fences, soft landing play mats, soft play blocks, and other age-appropriate play equipment.

    You can also customize your setup with additional items or themes to suit your preferences.

  • Well, if it were up to us? We’d go with the… Mini Luxe PLUS The Betty Lou 6.5’ Bounce House -adding custom ball colors, custom vinyl on the ball pit, and stunning images on the soft blocks. This way it’s customized to your little ones special theme (ie One Happy Dude or Isn’t She One-derful)

    We can even add a little pop of color to the bounce house with a customized balloon garland with your colors matching your invitations.

    It makes fo a special way to put your own twist on the party!
